Oumou joined SouthBridge in December 2019 as an Associate Director.
Before that, Oumou worked as a Manager in Transactions Advisory services at Eight Advisory Paris where she was involved in financial due diligence, financial analysis and modelling.
Oumou started her career at Rothschild & Cie, where she joined as an Equity & Financing advisory Analyst intern in the Paris Office. At Rothchild & Cie, she was mainly engaged in the origination and execution of equity and debt transactions. Previously, she worked at Allianz as M&A Analyst intern where she was involved in financial & strategic analysis and valuation.
Oumou graduated from ESSEC Business school with a Master in Finance, Management & Strategy of International business and a Master in Bank, Finance & Insurance.
Oumou is fluent in French, English, Mina and Haoussa.
